Nick Aldis is once again the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.

The former Impact Wrestling mainstay managed to defeat Cody last night at the 70th anniversary event in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match. Aldis won the first fall when "The American Nightmare" tapped out to the King’s Lynn Cloverleaf, but Cody then tied things up with a pin following a Cross Rhodes.

Finally, Aldis reversed a small package to win the third fall and regain the title Cody took from him at All In.

For many, this was a surprising result, and it's led to speculation that Cody may be dropping the rest of his titles before returning to WWE. We're not so sure about that, but let us know what you think down below.
