Tonight’s NWA Powerrr will make its return with some familiar faces.
Former WWE Superstars Trevor Murdoch, Ken Anderson (Ken Kennedy), and Aron Stevens (Damien Sandow) will be making their return to the spotlight in NWA Powerrr.
A former multi-time WWE World Tag Team Champion with Lance Cade, Murdoch spent three years with the company. Once he was released from WWE, the 39-year-old had a brief run with Impact Wrestling back in 2009. After leaving the promotion in November of that same year, Murdoch spent some time on the independent scene until he retired in 2018.
Stevens is most famously known as Damien Sandow in WWE, and he's a former Money in the Bank winner and WWE Tag Team Champion with The Miz. Once his six-year stint ended in 2016, he had a short run in Impact where he became the Impact Grand Champion. Stevens left Impact in 2017 and focused on his acting career until he made his return to wrestling in July 2019.
The biggest star to join is Ken Anderson, who had a lengthy stint with WWE. Anderson won the Money in the Bank contract and is a former United States Champion. The 43-year-old was released from his contract back in 2009; however, Anderson quickly joined TNA months later. He would rise to the top twice by winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and was involved in the big Aces & Eights angle during its run.
