Bloodsport XIV has come and gone.

For the first time ever, former WWE Tag Team Champions Erik and Ivar competed in separate matches to mixed results.

Erik won his match against 1 Called Manders. It was a respectful battle as both men used kicks and suplexes throughout, but these two traded forearm strikes that almost saw the WWE star lose the match. Fortunately for Erik, he came back with a jumping knee to the chin and that knocked Manders clean out.

Ivar wasn’t so lucky. He fought Bloodsport veteran Royce Isaac and he had the better of the bout in the first couple of minutes. However, as Ivar was mounting him with punches, Royce got him in a triangle choke. Ivar got out of it, but Royce hit him hard with a couple of punches and a jumping knee.

The tide changed when Royce tried a cross armbreaker as Ivar escaped. He had a brief comeback with a splash and a couple of elbow strikes to the forehead. When that didn’t knock him out, he hit a gutwrench suplex and delivered more blows to the face. But a senton was the beginning of the end, as Royce reversed it into a rear naked choke and Ivar tapped.

In the main event, former WWE Women’s Champion Nattie Neidhart took on former TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich. Nattie used her technical prowess to get the better of Slamovich. The former Knockouts Champion used strikes and submissions to get the advantage over her opponent. Nattie came close to winning thanks to a guillotine choke around the five minute mark.

Masha threw Nattie out of the ring and hit a dive on her and Nattie’s entourage. Masha then almost scored a knockout with a spin kick. But Nattie remained resilient and finally got the chance to apply the sharpshooter. Masha never tapped. Pissed, Nattie spit on Masha, who returned the favor. Then the WWE star repeatedly stomped on Masha. The referee stopped the match because the TNA star couldn’t continue.
