ROH Announcer Ian Riccaboni will officially remain with the company for the foreseeable future.

According to PWTorch, the ROH commentator has signed a multi-year deal. Riccaboni’s previous contract was originally set to end in April, but sources claim that ROH wanted to lock the commentator down for a long-term deal before he could possibly negotiate with other promotions.

Word is that both WWE and All Elite Wrestling did indeed have interest in Riccaboni, but the ROH announcer was happy with being in the promotion and would’ve opted to stay regardless.

Riccaboni made his debut back in 2014 and became the lead announcer once Kevin Kelly left the company for New Japan Pro-Wrestling full time. Riccaboni confirmed the report on Twitter.
