ROH Reportedly Offers Marty "The Villain" Scurll WWE Main Roster Money

The most intriguing free agent right now is Marty “The Villain” Scurll.

Many had pegged the former ROH World Television Champion as AEW bound once his contract expired in November; however, despite a few teases on ‘Being The Elite’, there has been no indication from Scurll himself that he will make his way over to AEW anytime soon.

While rumors suggest otherwise, ROH is surely doing everything in their power to keep the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champion. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that the promotion has offered “The Villain” a huge contract deal.

In fact, that deal is said to be "basically WWE main roster money while only working maybe 40 dates per year for ROH and certain unique perks." The deal also states that the offer would allow him to work NJPW and NWA as well. As of now, Scurll has not signed the deal. Of course, that can all change soon.

Scurll is set to compete for ROH on Jan. 11 and 12 at events in Atlanta, GA and Concord, NC. He is also being advertised for ROH Supercard of Honor on Apr. 4 in Lakeland, FL.
