Logan Paul recently claimed that he offered WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin a cool $1 million to don the Prime Hydration bottle costume during WrestleMania 41 weekend.

Ariel Helwani brought it up during a recent interview with Austin, and the Texas Rattlesnake seemed none too impressed. Expressing his surprise that Paul would share what he considers "personal business," he added, "So since it’s out there, yeah, I turned it down."

Elaborating on why, Austin said, "I’m in the beer business. I sell Broken Skull Beer. And you know, we’re in about 25 or 30 states. I don’t know anything about his product. I don’t know about the ingredients in it, if it’s good, if it’s bad, or whatever. So, you know, it just it wasn’t my thing. So, you know, yeah, I turned it down just because I wasn’t into it."

"And that’s no disrespect to him or his product," he continued. "No man, it just not my gimmick, you know. Like I said, he’s doing really well. Obviously he’s hustling and he’s going and getting it and more power to him. It just wasn’t a great fit for Steve Austin."

Instead of donning that costume for the YouTuber, the WWE icon announced the attendance of WrestleMania Night 2 on Sunday night. Some fans have speculated about whether something more was planned for Austin, but not so, according to the former WWE Champion.

"Oh, man, I was just happy to be there. God damn. You know, I had a knee replacement, give or take, about four months ago," Austin explained. "And for total knee replacement to heal up 100%, you’re looking at about a year. And so that was on December 4. So whatever the timeline is, give or take, around four months."

Revealing that he's at "35%" capacity, he noted, "I did what I could, and just to be involved in the show, go out there and announce the attendance at WrestleMania, night one night two combined. And that’s what I did, and that was about all I could do."

"I mean, earlier in the year, we’d had, you know, not really discussions, just like brief, if you want to be there, maybe we can figure you in. And I said, Hey, man, I’m getting my knee replaced. We’ll see what happens. You know, when that time comes, the time came and I can’t do much," Austin concluded.
