The Full Bloodsport line-up has been confirmed.

Bloodsport returns to London and the upcoming show has some unique matches involving wrestlers, boxers, and former MMA fighters. The show is scheduled to be headlined with Josh Barnett vs. Oli Thompson.

The 45-year-old (Thompson) is an accomplished MMA fighter who competed in UFC, Bellator, and KSW vs. the former UFC Heavyweight Champion who’s beaten the likes of Frank Mir, Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira, and Andrei Arlovski.

But now, the entire card of the Bloodsport show has been officially unveiled and these are the full matches below.

  • Josh Barnett vs. Oli Thompson
  • Heddi Karaoui vs. Kev Lloyd
  • Ryan Davies vs. James Pharrell
  • Lou Nixon vs. Chris Bungard
  • Anthony Ogogo vs. Brett Semtex
  • Snake Pit Catch Wrestling Match: John Hathaway vs Tylor McCann

John Hathaway is another MMA specialist who competed in the UFC from 2009 to 2012. The 38-year-old had nine UFC fights and only lost two of them. Sadly, Hathaway was forced to step away from the business due to complications with ulcerative colitis.

During his time away from MMA, Hathaway started competing in catch wrestling. He fought in a promotion called The Snake Pit and won the light heavyweight and middleweight championships during his time in the company.

Tylor McCann is a wrestler from Scotland who’s very familiar with his opponent since he fought his Hathaway at the British Nationals. This will be the first Bloodsport for both McCann and Hathaway.

For those who don’t follow the unique format, Bloodsport started in 2018 under Matt Riddle’s name. Once Riddle signed to WWE, the event was turned over to former UFC fighter Josh Barnett. The rules are quite simple: every match will end either by knockout or submission. Instead of the traditional pro wrestling ring, the canvas has no ropes or turnbuckles.

As you can see, Bloodsport London features recognizable names from both the wrestling and fighting worlds such as Chris Ridgeway, Lou Nixon, and AEW star Anthony Ogogo. Unless some changes are made, this is the final card for the show in London on September 28th. We’ll keep you updated if any changes are made to the card.
