Conor McGregor has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons for a while now but a new incident may cause problems for his planned UFC return later this year. UFC President Dana White recently stated that he could end up facing the winner of Khabib Nurmagomedov and Dustin Poirier for the lightweight title but the video below might lead to a change of plans.

Shared by TMZ, it shows McGregor punching an elderly man in the head inside The Marble Arch Pub in Dublin, Ireland.

After buying the entire pub shots of whiskey to drink, the elderly man in question reportedly declined and received a punch in the face as a result. McGregor was removed from the pub and the police were called. An investigation is said to be taking place but this actually happened back in April and no charges have been made against him as of yet.

Even so, this is more bad publicity for the fighter and UFC could decide that he's simply too much trouble to work with again.
