A Triple Threat women’s match has been set for NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, as Kay Lee Ray will defend her belt against Toni Storm and Piper Niven on the pay-per-view event.

Since dropping the title to Ray at TakeOver: Cardiff, Storm has disappeared from the NXT UK brand and Piper Niven emerged as a new threat on the brand.

Just when it seemed that Niven would get the next crack at the NXT UK Women’s Championship, Storm reemerged and established why she was the top female competitor on the brand for so long. Thanks to Assistant General Manager Sid Scala, the three women will settle their differences on the WWE Network exclusive.

Now, Kay Lee Ray must deal with both women at TakeOver: Blackpool II on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 12 p.m. ET/5 p.m. The show will be headlined with a NXT UK Championship match between WALTER and Joe Coffey.
