Bianca Belair is the new No. 1 contender for Rhea Ripley's NXT Women's Championship after coming out on top in an exciting battle royal last night.

The match started off a little slippy as most battle royals do, but once we got a few eliminations, things began to heat up. Kacy Catanzaro returned, and newcomers Indi Hartwell, Deonna Purrazzo, Katalina and Shotzi Blackheart made their presence felt - the latter actually managing to eliminate Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler.

In the end, it came down to Belair and Io Shirai, and while most would have tapped The Genius of the Sky to win, The EST of NXT prevailed when she used a version of her finisher to toss her opponent to the floor.

Bianca will now go one-on-one with The Nightmare at NXT TakeOver: Portland on February 16th.
