It looks like Rhea Ripley might end up limping into her NXT Women's Championship match against Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania.

The Nightmare paid a visit to Raw on Monday and punched Flair in the face, but The Queen returned the favor on NXT last night and left Ripley with a lot more than a sore jaw.

Charlotte interrupted Rhea's promo by telling her that she has guts, but the grandest stage of them all was just too big for her younger Superstar to handle. As she got in the ring, Ripley attacked, but the daughter of the Dirtiest Player in the Game was able to gain the upper hand.

After hitting a pump kick, Flair locked on her Figure 8 while Rhea's legs were wrapped around the ring-post. She didn't hold on that long, but it looks like WWE may still go with some sort of injury angle in the buildup to their 'Mania match.
