Tonight, the NXT North American Champion will defend his belt against Leon Ruff. Despite being a three-time champion, Gargano has failed to successfully defend his belt thus far, with one of those losses coming against Ruff himself. Will Ruff pull out another victory and become a two-time North American Champion?
Also, next week will be the NXT special, New Year’s Evil, so expect Rhea Ripley, Raquel González, Tommaso Ciampa, Timothy Thatcher, Karrion Kross, Damian Priest, NXT North American Champion Finn Bálor, and Kyle O'Reilly to make an appearance before their big matches on the New Year’s special.
