Toni Storm's reign as NXT UK Women's Champion came to an end at TakeOver Cardiff this past Saturday when Kay Lee Ray did exactly what she said she would and pinned her former friend in the middle of the ring.
The Scottish veteran managed to get into Storm's head in the weeks leading up to their match by bringing up her family troubles, and it was evident that the Aussie wasn't as focused as she needed to be. KLR withstood an early flurry of offence and was ultimately able to vanquish her opponent after hitting a third Widows Peak.
Toni may get another shot, but it looks like the returning Teagan Nox will be next in line!
