This Wednesday's episode of NXT was an action-packed affair which saw The O.C. take down The Undisputed Era. Now, WWE has issued the latest NXT Injury Report and it's revealed that NXT Champion Adam Cole suffered a laceration above his eye following that pre-show attack from the RAW faction.

NXT Tag Team Champion Bobby Fish, meanwhile, suffered internal injuries and the loss of on of his teeth after Luke Gallows sent him face-first into a storage container and chokeslammed him through a table. Right now, his status is listed as "questionable" following an MRI.

Elsewhere, Dakota Kai possibly sprained her knee when she battled NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler and Damian Priest may have suffered a back fracture thanks to Killian Dain's attack on him following his loss to Pete Dunne. Most of these are storyline based, of course, so don't panic just yet.

However, we'll keep you guys updated on all of these as we learn more.
