Lio Rush is back, and he's already booked himself a Cruiserweight Championship match.
Amid rumors that he'd actually parted ways with the company, the talented young Superstar returned during NXT's live TV debut last night and defeated a game Oney Lorcan for the opportunity to face current Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak.
Lorcan took the fight to Rush, but in the end a standing Spanish Fly and a split-legged Frog Splash kept the tough-as-nails Bostonian down for the 3-count.
No word on when Lio will square off with Gulak, but stay tuned for updates.
