When Mandy Rose made her NXT 2.0 debut, there were many fans who thought of it as a demotion for the former RAW and SmackDown Superstar. Instead, she took that opportunity and ran with it, becoming one of the biggest female stars on the roster in the process.
During the recently NXT Worlds Collide event, Rose actually unified the NXT and NXT UK Women's titles, defeating Blair Davenport and Meiko Satomura. It was a shocking turn of events, but one that made it clear WWE is serious about pushing her and ensuring that, when Rose does inevitably return to the main roster, she's a bigger star than ever before.
To celebrate her victory, the Toxic Attraction leader took to Twitter to pose with her two championship belts...and nothing else!
Rose has currently held the NXT Women's Championship for over 300 days and recently told Ryan Satin that she hopes to get the respect she feels she deserves. "I think at the end of the day, it’s like I’ve been saying 'put some respect on my name' for quite some time and I think after this match, I don’t know who won’t put respect on my name basically."
"So, it’s really important not only for me, but to prove myself to everyone else out there that, you know, like I said before here, like I’d come back and in the ring and I want to be respected," Rose continued. "I should be respected with all the hard work I’ve put in this past year."
