Matt Riddle and Timothy Thatcher went one-on-one last week after the latter cost his them teammate the NXT Tag-Team Championships by walking out on him during their match with Imperium earlier in the night, and The King of Bros emerged victorious thanks to a roll-up pin.

The former EVOLVE Champion was not happy about how that encounter went down, however, and this week on NXT he challenged Riddle to a match which would require each man to either knock out or tap out the other to win.

Later on in the show, Riddle gladly accepted Thatcher's invitation, but added the stipulation that their bout would also take place in a steel cage.

That match has now been made official for next week's episode, and if these guys' first face-off was any indication, this is going to be a very hard-hitting affair indeed.

Also confirmed for next week: Drake Maverick, Jake Atlas and KUSHIDA will face each other in a triple-threat match for the right to take on El Fantasma in the finals of the Interim Cruiserweight Championship Tournament.
