NXT Announcer Mauro Ranallo Apologizes For "Failing" During TV Taping Commentary

NXT held TV tapings this past Thursday and Friday at Fullsail, and it looks like Mauro Ranallo was not happy with his work on commentary... to say the least.

The popular announcer took to Twitter to apologize to fans for "failing," revealing that a recent car crash he was involved in may have had more of an impact on him that he first realized. He also promised to "be better" in the future.

Though spoilers for the tapings did leak online, there was nothing about Ranallo's commentary so we have no idea what he's referring to. We'll obviously find out one the episodes air, but something tells us Mauro is being a little hard on himself here.

Did any of you guys happen to be present at the tapings? If so, could you shed some light on this? Drop us a comment down below.
