Here is a breakdown of the results from tonight's episode of NXT for July 4, 2018:

— Dakota Kai defeated Santana Garrett by pinfall.

— At the Performance Center, Tucker Knight is attacked while working out.

— Shayna Baszler cut a promo about being the most dominant force in the NXT women's division.

— Danny Burch tells Cathy Kelley that when Oney Lorcan is back in about 3 months, they'll try again at the NXT Tag Team Championship. The Undisputed Era interrupt to gloat and talk about how next week, they'll be invoking their rematch clause against Moustache Mountain. Adam Cole says Burch and Lorcan have gotten cocky ever since Cole gave Lorcan a North American Championship shot, so Burch tells him to put his money where his mouth is and challenges him to a match next week, which Cole accepts.

— The Mighty defeated Otis Dozovic in a handicap match by pinfall.

— While on her honeymoon, Bianca Belair records a video of herself saying that she's the rightful No. 1 contender, and not Candice LeRae, Kairi Sane, Nikki Cross or Dakota Kai.

— Kairi Sane talks to interviewers about how she wants to have a match with Vanessa Borne

— The Velveteen Dream defeated Chris Dijak by pinfall. EC3 made his entrance while The Velveteen Dream was still in the ring, cutting off his victory celebration and stealing the spotlight.

— Johnny Gargano defeated EC3 by pinfall to end the show.
