Here is a breakdown of the results from tonight's episode of NXT for September 5, 2018:

— Kassius Ohno defeated Kona Reeves by pinfall. Afterward, Ohno cuts a promo, stating that he's become an afterthought, but the next person who comes in with a lot of buzz, he'll be waiting to send them to the back of the line.

— The Forgotten Sons defeated The Street Profits by pinfall after some interference from The Mighty.

— Heavy Machinery is questioned by William Regal about the attack on Aleister Black. Clearly, they didnt do it.

— Kairi Sane defeated Trish Adora by pinfall. Following the match, Shayna Baszler comes out and goes on the attack, but Sane is able to fight her off until Baszler runs away.

— Tommaso Ciampa talks some more about his rule over NXT.

— Lars Sullivan is interrogated by William Regal and says that he had planned on looking for Black, but someone had already gotten to him beforehand.

— Velveteen Dream defeated Johnny Gargano by pinfall.
