Dakota Kai has become one of the most dependable female Superstars on the NXT roster, but reports are coming in that the Captain of Team Kick has gone down with an injury.

Kai is said to have suffered a mishap during a recent live event in Green Bay, WI. Although WWE hasn't confirmed anything yet, it's believed that Dakota suffering a torn ACL which could put her on the shelf for at least six months.

This would obviously be a massive shame, as Kai looked set for a decent push as she prepared to team with Io Shirai and Kairi Sane against The Four Horsewomen.

Hopefully the injury is not that serious. Keep an eye on TRR for updates.
