Just when Keith Lee was starting to get his first big feud in NXT, the developmental superstar unfortunately suffers an injury.

Wrestling Observer is reporting that Lee is dealing with an undisclosed injury, which will keep him out of action. At the moment, there’s no details on the severity of the injury nor is there any word on the expected timeline Lee might be out.

Lee last wrestled at an NXT live event on Mar. 7, defeating Luke Menzies. He was advertised to face Dominik Dijakovic this past Wednesday on NXT, but the bout never took place. An explanation as to why the match didn't happen was not given. The rematch would have been taped at the Mar. 13 NXT tapings but never happened.
