There's a lot of great original content on the WWE Network but one of the biggest reasons for subscribing is obviously NXT. It's quite possibly (definitely?) the best wrestling show which is being put out by WWE right now but a new report points to it now making a well-deserved leap to broadcast television.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin, an announcement about NXT airing on FOX's FS1 "may be imminent." That would be a game changer but makes perfect and while FS1 isn't as big as FOX (where SmackDown Live will air from next October onwards), it will bring a lot of new eyes to the product and could finally mean that the show makes a permanent leap from Full Sail to actual arenas.

Nothing is set in stone as of right now and it's strange WWE didn't announce this earlier in the week but it could be a very good thing for NXT. A bigger budget really wouldn't hurt the show and it could essentially turn it into a third brand rather than WWE's developmental territory. Stay tuned for updates.
