It looked like Bianca Belair might actually pull it off and become the new champ, but in the end Shayna Baszler was just too much for "The E.S.T. of NXT" at TakeOver: Phoenix
Belair came out strong and used her power to put The Queen of Spades off her game, but after she hit that vicious arm stomp, the complexion of the match changed considerably.
After taking a beating, Bianca did manage to mount a comeback and actually had Baszler down for a 3-count at one point, but with the referee taken out and Shayna's stablemates providing a distraction, the undefeated streak ended when Belair passed out from her opponent's lethal rear naked choke.
We doubt this is the last we see of Bianca Belair in the NXT Women's Championship picture, however.
