As expected after her recent victories over Bianca Belair, Mia Yim will indeed be the next challenger for Shayna Baszler's NXT Women's Championship, and she'll get her opportunity to dethrone the Queen of Spades at TakeOver: Toronto.
During this week's TV tapings, the two Superstars faced-off in the ring, with Shayna telling the HBIC that she "got her message loud and clear." Mia then officially challenged her for the title, and the match was set.
These two have faced each other before with Yim coming up short, but there's a lot of speculation that she will be the one to finally take the Women's Championship away from the dominant Submission Magician.
