Shotzi Blackheart & Tegan Nox Will Get A Shot At The WWE Women's Tag-Team Titles Next Week On NXT

Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox only recently joined forces, but they'll be getting a shot at the WWE Women's Tag-Team Championships next week against the winners of the Backlash triple-threat match...

Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox haven't been a tandem for very long (truth be told we didn't realize they were an official tag-team until last night!), but the popular pair have already secured a WWE Women's Tag-Team Championship opportunity.

Why? Well, WWE clearly wants to remind fans that the titles can be defended on any show, and since there aren't really any other female tag-teams on the black and gold brand right now, Nox and Blackheart are No. 1 contenders by default.

We still don't know who they'll be facing, however, because we could well have new champs after the triple-threat match between Sasha Banks and Bayley, Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss, and The IIconics this Sunday at Backlash. We assume since the NXT gals are faced that the Boss 'n Hug Connection will retain, but there's also a lot of speculation that it could be Billie Kay and Peyton Royce.

Who do you guys think will emerge victorious? Let us know in the comments.
