Tegan Nox Gains A Measure Of Revenge On Dakota Kai By Defeating Her Former Friend On NXT

Although it doesn't make up for all the misery Dakota Kai has caused her former bestie over the past few weeks, Tegan Nox did gain a measure of revenge by scoring a victory over Kai tonight on NXT...

Tegan Nox finally got her hands on Dakota Kai tonight on NXT, as the former best friends went one-on-one.

Kai betrayed Nox during their TakeOver: WarGames match, brutally attacking her teammate before she even had the chance to make it into the ring. Since then, the former Captain of Team Kick has repeatedly blindsided the Welsh Wonder, and most recently cost her a shot at the NXT Women's Championship by illegally eliminating her from the No. 1 Contenders Battle Royal.

Nox was able to get some payback here, though, ultimately resorting to hitting Dakota with that knee brace she ripped off her at WarGames before unleashing the Shiniest Wizard for the three-count.

This was a short, somewhat lackluster match with some outside interference from Candace LeRa, so we'd be very surprised if this put the feud to bed.
