Stand & Deliver is a huge focus tonight!
It should be since NXT’s big pay-per-view is this Saturday.
Last week, Ricky Saints learned that Ethan Page wasn’t the only man going after his NXT North American Championship. A wild brawl ensued between Page, Wes Lee, Eddy Thorpe, and Lexis King, and now, the four men will fight in a number one contender’s match to determine the next challenger for Saints' title.
That isn’t the only contender's match as Fraxiom doesn’t have any challengers for their titles. That will change tonight as five teams will compete in a special gauntlet match to determine who gets the opportunity to fight Nathan Frazer and Axiom this Saturday. Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura, Tavion Heights and Myles Borne, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger, Niko Vance and Brooks Jensen, Tyriek Igwe and Tyson Dupont are fighting for the biggest opportunity of their careers; who will emerge victorious in what will be a chaotic match.
Last week, Darkstate beat NXT Champion Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans, and Trick Williams in their debut match. The dangerous faction has been running roughshod throughout the entire NXT locker room for the past several weeks; however, that all changes tonight as Tony D’Angelo, Stacks, and Luca Crusifino plan on calling out Darkstate in hopes of putting an end to this once and for all.
In a shocking return, Giulia came out and cleared the ring to help out the reigning NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer. However, the former NXT champ only did that to take out Vaquer herself. Giulia made it very clear last week: she wants her women’s title back. What will happen in the final episode before their scheduled four way match at Stand & Deliver? And how will Jordynne Grace and Jaida Parker get involved?
Expect Oba Femi, Trick Willaims, Je’Von Evans on the show following the fallout of their big loss to Darkstate. It’s been explosive segment every time these three were in a ring together, and it likely won’t be any different after last week.
