Tonight’s episode of NXT will see the crowning of a new Interim Cruiserweight Champion.

Last week, Drake Maverick managed to overcome the odds and beat Kushida and Jake Atlas to advance into the finals of the eight-man tournament. The former 205 Live GM’s heartbreaking journey will conclude tonight; however, El Hijo del Fantasma is no rookie inside the squared circle, thus Drake Maverick may actually walk out of NXT empty handed.

Before Johnny Gargano and Keith Lee meet this weekend for the NXT North American Championship, their respective partners will clash inside the ring as Mia Yim will take on Candace LeRae.

Also, expect to see the build for the Three-way NXT Women’s Championship match (Charlotte Flair, Io Shirai, and Rhea Ripley), The NXT Championship match between The Velveteen Dream and Adam Cole, and Karrion Kross and Tommasso Ciampa.

All this and more is set for tonight’s episode of NXT at the Performance Center on the USA Network. Check out the advertised matches below:
