Next week’s episode of NXT will feature three Interim NXT Cruiserweight title tournament matches.

The black and gold brand will see El Hijo Del Fantasma finally make his debut as the former AAA World Cruiserweight Champion and CMLL World Middleweight Champion is set to face Gentleman Jack Gallagher.

The second tournament match will feature former Cruiserweight Champion Tony Nese taking on Kushida. Lastly, newcomer Jake Atlas will also make his television debut as the 25-year-old will take on former 24/7 Champion Drake Maverick.

This past Tuesday, the tournament officially began with former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa connecting with his signature senton finisher on Isiash “Swerve” Scott to get the victory and score points in the round-robin style competition.

Those aren't the only the matches confirmed for next week’s episode as Shotzi Blackheart & Tegan Nox will fight the team of Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzalez. The on-going feud between Nox, Kai and Gonzalez further escalated on Wednesday when Nox scored a shocking victory over the newcomer.

Kai and Gonzalez would try to beat down the United Kingdom native; however, Blackheart ran down and made the save. Finn Balor vs. Velveteen Dream was already confirmed for the loaded episode as well.
