Two big championship matches will headline NXT’s return to Wednesday nights.

In his first NXT North American Title defense, Damian Priest will put the gold on the line against veteran Timothy Thatcher. In a short time span, Thatcher has managed to make a strong impression thanks to his wins over Matt Riddle and Bronson Reed.

Thatcher is no stranger to hold gold as the NXT star is a former EVOLVE Champion, wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion, Open The Freedom Gate Champion, and DDT Iron Man Heavy Metal Champion. Will he add the NXT North American Title to his impressive resume?

In a championship rematch, Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel hope to reclaim their NXT Tag Team belts from Tyler Breeze and Fandango. Both teams own one victory a piece; Who will break the tie and emerge as the NXT Tag Team Champions?

Expect to see NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai, Roderick Strong, and Drake Maverick in action. Check out the advertised line-up below:

Damian Priest vs. Timothy Thatcher for the NXT North American Championship

Tyler Breeze and Fandango vs. Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel for the NXT Tag Team Titles

NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai vs. Shotzi Blackheart in a non-title match

Drake Maverick & Killain Dain vs. Roderick Strong & Bobby Fish
