We haven't seen Karrion Kross since he was forced to relinquish the NXT Championship after sustaining a serious shoulder injury during his TakeOver XXX match with Keith Lee, but it looks like he may be primed and ready for a big comeback.

The Duke of Doom and his valet/real-life girlfriend Scarlett shared videos to social media to update fans on Kross' rehabilitation, and it seems to be going very well indeed.

One video shows Kross lifting Scarlett and another woman simultaneously while doing a shoulder press with a bamboo bar.

We still don't have an ETA for Karrion's return, but the title situation is a little complicated in NXT right now, so there's a chance the powers that be would rather wait until they've a better idea of how to proceed.

Finn Balor is also out of action after breaking his jaw during his match with Kyle O'Reilly, and William Regal may wind up stripping him of the championship if he isn't medically cleared within the next few weeks.
