Adam Cole’s opponents for his upcoming appearances with EVOLVE are officially set.

On February 15th, WWE.com revealed that Cole would be facing Shane Strickland. The former MLW and Lucha Underground star has been rumored to be WWE bound for some time now; however, there hasn’t been any updates on whether Strickland is still heading to WWE. Strickland recently announced that he was a free agent, which indicated that he was free from the LU contract that was reportedly preventing WWE from signing him. On the following day, Cole is scheduled to take on EVOLVE star Darby Allin.

The former NXT North American champion had a brief stint in the indie promotion early in his career; He made his debut in the company back in 2010, losing his first match to Impact star, Sami Callihan. He's had several matches more before heading to Ring of Honor.
