Recently, WWE has been airing promos on NXT teasing the arrival of a "mysterious competitor" at some point in the coming weeks. Spades have been used in the middle letters of "Soon," a strong indication that these relate to the debut of Shayna Baszler, the Mae Young Classic runner-up frequently referred to as "The Queen of Spades." It turns out that, yes, these are about her!

WWE posted the video below and when fans tried to lift the video's thumbnail for their own use, it was labelled as "20171205_nxt_shaynabaslerexclusive–cde6273c03e489e011d5aba67395b788.jpg."

Dave Meltzer has also confirmed that the vignette is for Baszler and with the next round of tapings set to take place in Atlanta on January 4th, chances are we'll first see her in action at NXT TakeOver: Philadephia before the Royal Rumble. It's still thought that she'll wind up on the main roster competing alongside Ronda Rousey and the other Horsewomen but time will tell on that front.
