The latest edition of WWE NXT for March 3, 2021 took place from the WWE Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida.

Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:

— NXT Tag Team Champions Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan defeated Timothy Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa in a non-title match by pinfall due in part to Imperium standing on the stage, which was a distraction.

— Roderick Strong called out Adam Cole, but Finn Balor came out instead. Strong blamed the split of The Undisputed ERA on Balor, who challenged Cole to a title match next week. Strong and Balor came to blows and were separated.

— The Way talked to a therapist, who kicked Johnny Gargano out of the room.

— Ember Moon defeated Aliyah by pinfall.

— Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler retained the Women's Tag Team Championship over Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez by submission in a screwjob as Kai wasn't legal, but Adam Pearce sent referee Shawn Bennett from Monday Night Raw to end the match anyway.

— Cameron Grimes defeated Bronson Reed by pinfall with some help from LA Knight.

— Legado Del Fantasma attacked Breezango and Ever-Rise. Santos Escobar then cut a promo about how last week, his loss to Karrion Kross wasn't a sign of weakness.

— Finn Balor defeated Roderick Strong by pinfall.
