The latest edition of WWE NXT for March 4, 2020 took place at the Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.
Here is a recap of the most noteworthy highlights from this episode for those who might have missed it:
— Steel Cage Match: Dakota Kai defeated Tegan Nox by escape with some help from Raquel Gonzalez.
— Chelsea Green defeated Shotzi Blackheart by pinfall. She has qualified for the NXT Women's Championship No. 1 contender's ladder match set to take place at NXT TakeOver: Tampa.
— Cameron Grimes interrupted Keith Lee's promo time to talk about how he beat Dominik Dijakovic in a quicker time than Lee had done at TakeOver: Portland. They will fight next week for the North American title.
— The Undisputed ERA's Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly defeated Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch by pinfall. After the match, Fish and O'Reilly talked about how they want to get their tag titles back. Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne came out to say that they'll fight them in a rematch. Grizzled Young Veterans then attacked The BroserWeights, as they want to put their names in for a title shot, too.
— Austin Theory defeated Isaiah "Swerve" Scott by pinfall.
— Mauro Ranallo asked Johnny Gargano why he attacked Tommaso Ciampa and cost him the title at TakeOver: Portland. Gargano said "you know why."
— Steel Cage Match: Roderick Strong defeated Velveteen Dream by escape. Dream pushed Strong out of the cage in order to lock himself inside with Adam Cole, hit him with the title belt and pose with the NXT Championship as a symbolic message he's coming for the title.
