Night 2 of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver took place Thursday, April 8, 2021 from inside the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida exclusively on the WWE Network and on Peacock.

— NXT Women's Tag Team Championship Match: Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart (c) defeated The Way (Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell) defeated Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart (c) by pinfall to retain the titles.
