It was recently announced that Asuka would be relinquishing her title and leaving NXT for RAW, and the yellow brand held an emotional farewell for the still-undefeated Superstar this past Wednesday.

WWE has now released a tribute video which combines footage from that with shots of the Empress of Tomorrow in action over the years.

As far as we know Asuka still needs to take some time to fully recover so it will probably be another while before we actually see her in action on RAW, but that doesn't mean she won't make her presence felt backstage.

Asuka was one of the most dominant wrestlers - male of female - we've ever seen in NXT, so let's hope she's also utilised to her full potential on the main roster.

Best of luck Asuka, NXT won't be the same without you.
