Last night, Omega – who wore a Bullet Club shirt – finally made his Impact Wrestling in-ring debut and not surprisingly, this was an excellent bout. The match-up was hard hitting back and forth contest that ultimately saw Swann take the pin following several V-Triggers and the One-Winged Angel.

Omega’s debut wasn’t the only big news to come out of Hard To Kill as Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz walked out as the new Impact Knockouts Tag Team Champions. The match was about power vs. speed as Fire and Flava (the new team name for Hogan and Steelz) got the three count following a fisherman’s buster suplex on Nevaeh.

Former WWE Intercontinental and United States Champion Matt Cardona made his Impact Wrestling debut! The former WWE superstar made his surprise appearance by facing former X-Division Champion Ace Austin.

The other major news coming out of the pay-per-view was the retirement of former multi-time Knockouts Champion Madison Rayne. For the past several weeks, dirt sheets have reported that the veteran was moving on from the wrestling world and Rayne confirmed the news herself during the pre-show.

Rayne has been fighting in the company since 2009, with a record five-time title reign under her belt. The 34-year-old consistently entertained throughout each of her championship runs and will always be remembered as the “Killa Queen”. Congratulations to Madison Rayne on a successful career!

Rayne is reportedly leaving the wrestling business for good, so don’t expect her to pop up in WWE or AEW. Check out the full results for Hard To Kill below:
