Former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Edwards Re-Signs With IMPACT

On Saturday, Impact Wrestling commentator Josh Matthews went live on the IMPACT Wrestling Twitter page alongside Edwards and announced that he has signed a new long-term deal with the company. Eddie stated that Impact is his home and he wants to continue being a part of the company's growth.


The former TNA World Heavyweight champion has wrestled for Impact since 2014, first starting off in a tag team with Davey Richards called “The American Wolves”. The two would go on to win the World Tag Team titles multi-times in their run before venturing off into singles competition. Eddie went on to capture the X Division Title and then eventually became the TNA World Heavyweight champion.
