After kicking off with a cringe-worthy introduction from Rob Gronkowski we wish we could delete from our brains, WrestleMania began properly with The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane) defended the Women's Tag Team Championships against the team of Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.
In what proved to be an excellent match, Cross delivered a show-stealing performance, and after taking out Asuka, hit her patented neck breaker on Sane. That allowed Bliss to hit Twisted Bliss - which appeared to be botched as she landed on her opponent's legs - for the 1-2-3.
Now, after a six-moth reign for The Kabuki Warriors, we have brand new Women's Tag Team Champions in Bliss and Cross, and seeing what they do with a run with the titles promises to be a lot of fun!
