Amid rumors of backstage heat, announcer/interviewer Charly Caruso has officially parted ways with WWE and signed a new full time deal with ESPN.

Caruso, real name Charly Arnolt, has been off WWE television for the past few weeks after reportedly turning up late for interviews with Superstars Randy Orton and Sheamus. Apparently, this is something Caruso had made a habit of, but it's important to not that this is just a rumor.

ESPN shared the news via Twitter, and Caruso followed up with an Instagram post of her own.

“It is so incredibly exciting to become a full-time member of the ESPN family," she said. "I look forward to continuing to grow with such a talented group of professionals and I can’t wait for all the opportunities that lie ahead.”

We'll be sorry to see Charly go, but with her the best of luck in the future.
