As advertised, a whole host of former WWE Superstars, Divas (as they were known back in the day) and Legends showed up for RAW's 25th anniversary show last week, but weren't utilised in the manner most of us - or them, for that matter - expected.

The original plan was for Jimmy Fallon to conduct interviews with the stars backstage, but because WWE ran out of time, they were reduced to fleeting introductions and waves from the stage.

During the latest edition of her podcast, Terri Runnels commented on her appearnce on the show, and it sounds like she was just as disappointed as the fans:

We were misused. I wanted for a brief moment some sincerity, and I didn’t like that it went straight to this cartoon crap. I felt like you’ve got a lot of talent and we are just standing there waving. We were misused, is the best way to say it, there is a better way for us to be used. It was disappointing because I loved my WWE/WWF family. It was a letdown.

Runnels isn't the first to speak out about this, and probably won't be that last.
