It Doesn't Look Like WWE Is Taking Tucker's HELL IN A CELL Heel Turn Particularly Seriously

If you thought WWE had big plans for Tucker after he turned on Otis at Money in the Bank, a Main Event match set to air later this week indicates otherwise. Find out more details after the jump...

Tucker was Drafted to RAW (which ended the Heavy Machinery tag team), but betrayed Otis at Hell in a Cell and cost his former partner the Money in the Bank briefcase in the process. Yesterday, WWE quietly moved Tucker back to SmackDown, so it's clear that some sort of feud is now planned.

However, it doesn't look like WWE is taking Tucker very seriously. During this week's Main Event tapings, he lost to Humberto Carrillo. It's no secret that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon is high on Otis, so chances are he'll pick up some easy wins over Tucker (who, best case scenario, will be sent back to NXT and get repackaged).

The other match taped for Main Event was Ricochet vs. Angel Garza, and that saw the former pick up the win.

It's honestly a tad depressing that such great talent is being relegated to the Hulu show, but not a massive surprise given what's happening in WWE these days. It will certainly be interesting seeing what becomes of Tucker from here, but his heel turn definitely isn't off to a good start.

As always, we'll be sure to keep you updated and should know more by the time this Friday's SmackDown airs.
