It Sounds Like Brock Lesnar Will Receive His Universal Championship Rematch In Saudi Arabia

During last night's Hell in a Cell PPV, Brock Lesnar made a surprise return and took out both Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman. Now, a new report sheds some light on when he might be getting his rematch...

Thanks to an inadvertent assist from Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns finally beat Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam last month to become Universal Champion. At the time, we thought that was it for The Beast in WWE, especially as Kurt Angle denying him a rematch made it clear that while the door was open for him to return, it wasn't set in stone and wouldn't be happening for quite a while.

Well, that all changed last night when Lesnar returned to WWE and laid waste to both Reigns and Strowman and Dave Meltzer is now reporting that the current plan is for him to wrestle at the upcoming WWE show in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd. While Lesnar is preparing for a UFC return, an event in that country means he'll be paid millions of dollars so you can see why he'll perform there.

It's also said that Lesnar's return has been in the works for a while and that non-finish inside the Cell was planned well in advance. What this means for the title picture moving forward isn't clear but a Triple Threat match headlining the show - which will presumably air on the WWE Network just like the Greatest Royal Rumble - makes perfect sense. What do you guys think? Sound off below.
