After heavy speculation in recent weeks that Hideo Itami might be heading to 205 Live very soon; it now seems that the Japanese Superstar may have different plans.

According to the Wrestling Observer, there are talks in Japan that Hideo "KENTA" Itami is interested in returning to the country once his WWE contract expires. The report never states whether Itami has spoken to anyone in the US about his feelings in terms of his current position in the company, but with New Japan Pro-Wrestling being a hot commodity at the moment, it wouldn't surprise me if Itami decides to leave.

Itami has been with the company since 2014, but several injuries have held him back from gaining any sort of momentum. Itami is working hard to learn English and adapt to WWE's style, but going back to Japan means that Itami can work his regular style again and not have to worry about the language barrier. We'll keep you updated with the story should more information come forward.
