Otis Will Put His MITB Contract On The Line Against The Miz At HELL IN A CELL

Otis will face The Miz this Sunday at Hell in a Cell, and the winner will walk away with the Money in the Bank contract.

Last night on SmackDown, several "Law and Otis" segments determined the stipulation of the match when Miz bribed Judge JBL, who ruled in favor of The A-Lister. We also got appearances from Bailiff Ron Simmons, stenographer Theodore “Teddy” Long, as well as testimonies from John Morrison, Rey Mysterio, Asuka and Tucker.

We've been hearing that WWE has been trying to come up with a way to get the MITB briefcase away from Otis for a while (though there are conflicting reports that Vince McMahon wants to leave it with him), and it looks like they found it via a stupid courtroom skit.

Look, Otis wasn't exactly the most deserving MITB winner, but WWE should stick to their guns when it comes to these type of decisions and not change direction just because Vince decides the fat man's not that funny anymore. Also, The Miz? Seriously?

Hey, you never know - maybe Otis wins on Sunday and cashes in the contract on Roman Reigns to become the new Universal Champion (lol).
