R-Truth Nearly Lost The 24/7 Championship To Alexa Bliss During CLASH OF CHAMPIONS Last Night

The Women's Tag Team Championships were on the line during last night's Clash of Champions PPV as Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross defended the titles against Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. Cross managed to pick up the win with a rope-assisted neckbreaker but there was chaos during the bout.

That was because R-Truth invaded the ring halfway through with the 24/7 Championship division in hot pursuit.

During the melee, Bliss very nearly pinned Truth to become the new 24/7 Champion but he was narrowly able to escape and then made his way into the crowd. That was it for the title for the most part which definitely seems like something of a missed opportunity.

Are you guys happy with Truth as the 24/7 Champion?
