RAW Ratings Dropped Following HELL IN A CELL As SMACKDOWN Viewership Plummeted Thanks To FS1 Move

This week's episode of RAW suffered a small drop in viewership despite it coming the day after Sunday's Hell in a Cell PPV. In total, the episode managed to draw 1.732 million viewers on the USA Network, a decline from the previous Monday's 1.777 million viewers.

In fairness, the WWE show was up against the Monday Night Football game that saw the Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Rams do 10.501 million viewers on ESPN.

The 18 - 49 demographics were low, with a 0.54 in hour one (1.859 million viewers), 0.51 in hour two (1.752 million viewers), and 0.47 in hour three (1.585 million viewers). The show was primarily built around the fallout from Hell in a Cell and the build to the upcoming Survivor Series PPV.

As for last Friday's SmackDown, the episode only managed to draw 881,000 viewers on Fox Sports 1. The show was moved there as the MLB World Series game was put on FOX (where it drew 8.156 million viewers). This was inevitable as FS1 is in fewer homes, and the number is actually on a par with what SmackDown did on the cable network last year.
