RAW's ratings have been on the decline for a while now, and heading into this past Monday's episode, there was a lot of speculation that viewership numbers would plummet even further. Why? Well, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Monday Night Football is back, but there's some surprising news for WWE.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the episode drew an average of 1.689 million on the USA Network, a slight decline from the previous week's 1.725 million viewers.
Why didn't fall further? Well, despite RAW viewership being on the decline, it seems there's still a loyal fanbase that tune in each week and, at this point, that may be all WWE has left. Should the product get any worse moving forward, though, that could change.
The 18- 49 demos saw hour one had 0.52 then 0.52 in hour two, and 0.45 in hour three. In terms of hourly viewership, RAW started with 1.762 million viewers, rose to 1.800 million viewers, and ended with 1.613 million viewers.
The show boasted a stacked card, including SmackDown Tag Team Champions Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro vs. RAW Tag Team Champions The Street Profits, Dominik Mysterio vs. Seth Rollins in a Steel Cage Match, and WWE Champion Drew McIntyre vs. Keith Lee.
